Bring Your Existing Audience to Buzzable

By importing contacts from services like Luma and Eventbrite, you can consolidate your audience into one place, making it easier to invite guests to future events, communicate with members, and build long-term engagement. Rather than managing contacts across multiple event platforms, Buzzable gives you a centralized contact list that can be used to grow both your communities and your events over time.

Imported contacts are available as invitation lists, allowing you to quickly reach people who have already expressed interest in your events.

Import Contacts from Luma

Export your guest list from Luma

Open the event you want to export contacts from.

On the event page, click Manage to open the event dashboard.

Click the Guests tab.

Click the Download button to export your guest list as a CSV file.

Save the CSV file to your computer.

Import your guest list into Buzzable

Open the event or community where you want to import your contacts.

For an event, click Manage from the event list or the event details page.

For a community, open the community details page and click Community Dashboard.

On the dashboard, click the Members tab.

Click Invite.

Click the CSV button in the upper-left corner.

Select the CSV file you exported from Luma.

Complete the import process.

Your imported contacts are now available for sending invitations and engaging with your audience through Buzzable.

Import Contacts from Eventbrite

Export your attendee list from Eventbrite

Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner and select Manage my events.

Select the event you want to export attendees from.

In the left navigation menu, click Reporting.

Click Event Reports.

Select Attendees.

On the attendee list page, click Export in the upper-right corner.

Choose CSV and download the attendee list.

Import your attendee list into Buzzable

Open the event or community where you want to import your contacts.

For an event, click Manage from the event list or the event details page.

For a community, open the community details page and click Community Dashboard.

Click the Members tab.

Click Invite.

Click the CSV button in the upper-left corner.

Upload the CSV file you exported from Eventbrite.

Complete the import process.

Your Eventbrite attendees are now available in Buzzable, making it easy to invite them to future events and continue building your community from a single platform.
