Sponsorship for Events

Event Sponsorship connects event creators with brands and organizations looking to reach specific audiences through targeted events. By making an event available for sponsorship, creators can be considered for sponsorship opportunities that align with the event’s purpose, audience, and goals. Sponsorship compensation varies based on the event, audience, sponsor interest, and other factors.

Event Sponsorship

Event Sponsorship gives event creators the opportunity to earn revenue by partnering with brands that want to support and engage with relevant audiences.

Sponsors are often looking for events with a clear purpose, a defined audience, and strong engagement. Events that serve a specific need or interest are often more attractive to sponsors because they provide a direct connection to potential customers.

For example, an event designed for new home buyers may be a strong fit for mortgage lenders, insurance providers, home improvement companies, real estate professionals, or moving services. Because the audience is well defined, sponsors can clearly understand the value of participating.

Building Sponsorship Opportunities

While any event can apply for sponsorship, the strongest opportunities often begin with an active community.

Many creators choose to:

  1. Create a community around a specific interest or audience.
  1. Grow and engage that community over time.
  1. Create events for that community.
  1. Make those events available for sponsorship.

This approach helps sponsors understand who the audience is and why the event is valuable to them.

How to Apply

To make an event available for sponsorship:

  1. Create your event.
  1. Open the event dashboard.
  1. Select the Sponsorship tab.
  1. Enable sponsorship by turning on the sponsorship toggle.
  1. Complete and submit the sponsorship application.

Once submitted, your event may be considered for sponsorship opportunities as they become available.

How Event Sponsorship Works

When you apply, you’ll provide information about your event, including its audience, purpose, topic, and goals. This information helps Buzzable identify sponsors that may be interested in supporting the event.

If a sponsor expresses interest, the Buzzable team will contact you with additional information about the opportunity, including sponsorship requirements, expectations, timelines, and compensation details.

Sponsorship Compensation

Sponsorship compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Factors that may influence sponsorship value include:

  • Event attendance
  • Audience relevance
  • Event topic and purpose
  • Community engagement
  • Sponsor demand
  • Geographic reach
  • Event format and visibility

Because every sponsorship opportunity is unique, compensation amounts may vary significantly from one event to another.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Submitting an application does not guarantee sponsorship offers. Events are evaluated based on compatibility with sponsor interests and the availability of sponsorship opportunities.

When a suitable match is identified, Buzzable will facilitate introductions and help coordinate the sponsorship process.

Tips for Attracting Sponsors

Events are often more attractive to sponsors when they:

  • Serve a clearly defined audience
  • Have a specific purpose or outcome
  • Demonstrate strong attendance or engagement
  • Are connected to an active community
  • Align naturally with sponsor products or services

Sponsors are generally looking for intentional, well-organized events where the audience and value proposition are easy to understand.

Managing Event Sponsorship

You can return to the Sponsorship tab within your event dashboard at any time to review your sponsorship settings, update your application, or manage sponsorship-related opportunities.
